This blog does, however, have everything to do with basketball, popular culture and the way both force changes on the other. SCAILH will be devoted to keeping a pulse on the finger of the NBA as it moves forward with its newest changes on and off the court in an effort to tone down the street cred of a game that couldn’t exist without it.
